On the last September 27th 2018, the 5-star Chefs gathered at Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa to tasted French cheeses at the “Hot & Cold Cheeses: Discover the French cheeses from Paysan Breton” event, organized by New Viet Gastronomy.

At the event, the distinguished guests had a chance to be shared the cheese knowledge from Paysan Breton expert, tasted some famous French cheeses such as Raclette Cheese, Comté, Goat Cheese, Blue Cheese… enjoyed the talent of Iron Chef David Thai through his remarkable cheese recipes, at the same time paired the cheese with the wine of some famous brands from New Zealand.
