Cherry Rocher – The art of fruit blending and distilling since 1705

Cherry Rocher is a cherry distillery was established in 1705 in Isère, south-eastern France, by Barthélemy Rocher. Over the next eight generations, the Rocher family is one of France’s oldest distilleries.

For many decades now, Cherry Rocher is constantly researching and developing with over 100 new products each year. With all the heart, they have been paying great attention to the choice of raw materials: fruit, plants and spices, which they select from longstanding partners and which are mainly grown in France. Respect for the recipes, for the time required to achieve excellent quality control, ensure they provide you with the highest standards of taste enhanced by delicate yet powerful aromatic notes.

The products are certified by the International Food Standard (IFS). IFS is an international food standard issued by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The key criteria of IFS including:

  • Food safety management system.
  • Good farming practice / good production practice / good trade practice.
  • HACCP system.

Quality is certified by the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food

They used their French know-how and expertise to create a range of syrups with genuine and natural taste, with no preservatives used and high fruit concentrates contents (up to 25%). The products do not use preservatives.
