· IVAN LIEW – PASTRY CHEF FROM VIVO BRAND: Mr. Ivan Liew has many years of experience in the pastry field. He used to work for many famous restaurants & hotels in Singapore.
· CHEF RYAN ABEJUELA – PHILIPPINES FROM ARLA: He is currently as Regional Commercial Chef – Hot Kitchen for Southeast Asia. He has many years of experience in the culinary field and has worked in the big international corporations.
· SIMONE BIANCHI – CONSULTANT & CHEF FROM CASA RINALDI: a well-knowing chef with over 25 years of experiences. He worked in Europe, USA & Asia. He was following 7 restaurants and gourmet shops in HK for CR. Now he is a consultant for Casa Rinaldi and other clients in Asia.
