NGUYEN VAN TU – VIETNAM

Winner of Iron Chef Vietnam 2012; With more than 20 years of experience in culinary field, he is currently a member of Escoffier – the International Chef’s Association in Vietnam; President of the Hanoi Chefs Association. He is one of the most famous European chefs in Hanoi and has contributed his forces to the great success of the culinary events. He was invited to join the Chefs Battle 2018. He is now the culinary counselor of New Viet Gastronomy.

RENÉ MARRE – FRANCE

René Marre is a 40-years experienced food and wine expert, director of the famous “European Wine School” for 10 years where training hundreds of sommeliers. He is also an airline consultant, wineries & chef advisor, contest judge and Michelin-starred Chef collaborator. After years living and working in France and Asia countries, currently he chooses Vietnam being his latest destination as the culinary counselor of New Viet Gastronomy.

DAVID THAI – FRANCE

Famous for winning “Iron Chef Thailand” in 2012, David Thai is an expert in Contemporary French Cuisine. His signature style is Western – Asian fusion. His remarkable achievement is to bring Hyatt Vendome Hotel in Paris to Michelin Star. In Viet Nam, he became The President of Ordre Culinaire International. Currently, he works as culinary counselor for New Viet Gastronomy for providing the outstanding solutions in creating and decoration new dishes for professional customers. He is an inspiration to the Young Generation Professional Chefs in Vietnam. He was invited to join the Chefs Battle 2018.
