The Area Sales Manager is responsible for taking care of and developing current customers and leading the team to exploit and expand the market of Hotel and Resort channel in Ha Noi and North provinces.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Responsible for individual sales and team sales
- Develop customers to cover the designed market effectively and ensures reach sales team target.
- Actively analyze and present sales forecast to line manager
- Guide & support team to open new SKUs to existing customers
- Coaching through visit customers directly with sales members.
- Train new employees about product knowledge, market and customer, selling skills… Ensure 100% team members master the basic knowledge and how to offer to each different customer for the key product group (Butter, cream, cheese, meat).
REQUIREMENT:
- Having at least 3-year experience of sales in Food & Beverage field
- Having at least 2-year experience of management
- Be able to well communicate in English
- Empowerment and team management skills
- Negotiation skills
- Planning and implementation skills
- Training & coaching skills
- Having strategic vision
