Professional Chefs from Hotels, Restaurants and Wedding Halls in Dong Nai had a pleasurable cooking time with Iron Chef David Thai on 29/3/2016. Food ingredients and wine were sponsored by New Viet Dairy. Chef David Thai demonstrated 3 recipes: lamb, venison and mussels imported from New Zealand with a modern decoration touch. French wine Esprit was introduced by Mr Rene Marre, 40 year experienced wine & gastronomy expert. Tested by the Chefs, Esprit impressed to be a perfect pairing wine for food.
