US Beef system
Cattle at 13 – 16 months weighing 300 – 325kgs are brought to special feedlots. Here for the next 120 days, or more, they are fed on ration consisting mainly CORN. The result is a good consistent, well marbled, tender, juicy and flavorful beef.
