A WORLD OF FOOD AT THE “NEW VIET GASTRONOMY JOURNEY” ON THE SECOND DAY

The second day at FHH2018 was opened up a world of food at the “New Viet Gastronomy Journey”. Started the breakfast with Frico cheese from Holland and the tips to make pizza with Mozzarella cheese from Arla.

Moreover, the guests had a chance to taste the premium dishes such as the Duck Foie Gras Panache des Landes, Salad with Ramirez Fish, Ling fish from Highford, Tiramisu with Tatua products… performed by chefs from New Viet Gastronomy team.

Also on the second day at FHH2018, we were honored to welcome the US Ambassador Mr. Daniel J. Kritenbrick to visit our booth.
