Founded by Ms. Le Thi Van Lachize and Mr. Didier Lachize, New Viet Dairy has consistently achieved recognition and respect as a leading distributor of dairy ingredients and food services in Vietnam, earning a coveted spot among the Top-100 private companies in the country.
Sojitz Corporation, a global trading giant and one of the earliest Japanese entrants into the Vietnamese market since 1986, has been actively engaged in food distribution from upstream to downstream, operating production companies such as Japan Best Foods Co., Ltd; distribution companies such as: Huong Thuy Manufacture Service Trading Corporation and New Land Vietnam-Japan and retail company with MINISTOP Vietnam Co., Ltd.
With this acquisition, Sojitz Corporation further diversifies its portfolio in Vietnam by integrating New Viet Dairy’s expertise, adding the distribution of dairy ingredients for industry and food service to its comprehensive range of activities.
Mr. Eguchi Shinya, the newly appointed Managing Director of New Viet Dairy, expressed gratitude to the founders for their entrepreneurial vision that propelled New Viet Dairy to the forefront of the industry. It is important to note that all existing contracts and obligations by New Viet Dairy remain unchanged.
