Two food styles – one wine

Different food style will bring various experience even with the same ingredient. By using oyster and deer, Iron Chef David Thai – representive of French style and Iron Chef Thanh Tung – Vietnamese cuisine expert satisfied 70 lucky attendants in Hanoi with fine food.

In an early-summer dinner, gourmets, including famous influencers such as United State Ambassador Ted Osius and his spouse, representatives of Philippine Embassy, journalists from Vietnam Heritage and Fest Japanese magazines… tried Grilled Halong Bay Oysters in Vietnamese chive oil dressing, green lime salsa and Ngon spiced Deer Skewers, Oven backed Oysters in cheese sauce and Slow cooking Deer meat in Red wine respectively.

Together with the help of Tursan wine, Chefs’ talent satisfied gourmets. Especially, Tursan showed pairing ability with not only French food but also Vietnamese one.
