New Viet Dairy has officially imported and distributed Certified Angus Beef® in Vietnam Market.

Certified Angus Beef ® is the most famous brand thanks to its ten strict standards more than USDA Choice and Prime.

To earn Certified Angus Beef ® brand name, cattle must first be verified as USDA Prime or choice Then, beef must pass other quality standards:

  • 100% Black Angus Beef
  • Marbling texture ensures consistent in every bite
  • Age – only “A” maturity beef from cattle harvested younger than 30 months of ag
  • Consistent Sizing
  • Consistent Tenderness

USDA Prime is the highest grade off premium beef. Only the top 4% of beef is elite enough to earn the USDA Prime label.

And only 75% Angus USDA Prime earns Certified Angus Beef® Prime, after verifying by standards mentioned above.

From the air-shipment, storage from 0 to 2 Celsius degree and delivery to you the Beef is following strictly CAB recommendations, and products will not be over 60 days since it was packed.
